Easier than expected. Breezed right through it. No harassment, hardly any questions asked. Couldn't have asked for a better technician to deal with.

I entered through Pearson Airport, and left plenty of time, just in case. I was activating a J1 (I am Canadian and we do this directly at the border). I landed in Toronto (Pearson airport) at 8:30 AM on June 15 2011. I followed signs for US connections and baggage claims to a carousel right by customs (5 minute walk).
