This interview is written by the petitioner based on the beneficiary's testimony. The beneficiary was in the consulate for around 3 hours and had no difficulty with biometrics or submitting documents. The interview was short and the consular officer's attitude was very pleasant. The consular officer did not ask to look at any of the printed materials/evidence.

Hello,
My uncle was supposed to receive an interview in June 2021 but was canceled. I have been checking ever since on the CGI portal for a reschedule but have not seen anything. Am I missing anything? Thank you

During covid, limited interviews, was able to get expedited due to police certificate from another country would expire soon.

Had immigrant visa CR1 interview today. Two female interviewers. One Vietnamese one American. Both very friendly. One question was asked of me but my spouse answered all. I let her answer since it was her interview. They were okay with that. The questions were asked in English and then translated into Vietnamese. They never asked if we wanted a translator. Took about 5 minutes.
How long were you together in Thailand?
Who choose the baby's name? Why?
What day was the baby born?
