Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

We had a great experience here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Our officer was so nice. I was very nervous in the beginning but she managed to create a very pleasant atmosphere.
At the beginning, my photo and finger prints were taken. Then I had to swear the oath.
After that we mainly went through the I485.
At the end she said that she doesn't need anymore documents and she will recommend my approval. Then she handed me over the notice with the potential 120 days for final approval which I already expected because of the other reviews for this office.
Overall, the interview took approx 25 minutes.

Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

My wife and step-daughter sent their AOS applications in July, had their biometrics appointments in August, and their interviews were scheduled in mid-September. I drove to the office twice just to make sure I knew how to get there. It is very easy to get to from the Baltimore Beltway and I-95. There is ample, free parking available.

Following another short line and wait, we gave our interview letters to a man at a computer who printed out a ticket with a letter and number. We received the ticket at 7:17am. I have no idea what the ticket numbers were for because everyone was called to their interviews by name. There are two doors - one at each side of the room - and immigration officers would come out and call names. Some used... read complete review

Appt at 7:00 am. Arrived around 6:15 am waited in car until office opened at 6:45am. Walked in with hubby, baby and mom in law. Went through security. Arrived at the desk. Checked in. Seated. waited about 5-7 minutes. IO called hubby and I. Walked in his office. Interview lasted about half an hour. Finished, IO handed us notice of interview results saying we had to wait for further review to be performed. Fast and pretty straight forward.
