First off, the new embassy is stunning.
I arrived 30 mins early, the desk outside checked my DS 160 and told me to come back in 15 mins. I went for a coffee around the corner. I went back and went through the security scan and proceeded straight up to the main reception. My DS 160 was checked again and I was handed a piece of paper with my reference number on it. Up the elevator to floor 1 and around to the left.
Then I waited for maybe 15 mins and got called. The American gentleman wanted to the documents they needed from me, maybe taking just a few of the 12 pay stubs I supplied as income evidence for the i134. Fingerprints on both hands were scanned. He also gave me back my chest X-rays from the medical. I was then asked to sit back down and wait to be called by an office.
Maybe another 20 mins went by until I was called. The gentleman was very nice. I had to swear an oath and scan my right hand fingerprints again. He asked how we met ... read complete review

Mongkok's clinic requires 14 workdays to receive the report, excluding the examination day. You MUST book the examination after receiving the original interview letter from the HK Consulate.
On the other hand, Central's clinic only takes 2 weeks to receive the report, and you do not need the original letter from the HK Consulate. You can bring the email from the HK Consulate that shows the interview date. However, it is advisable to use the query page to inquire with the HK Consulate first.
I eventually booked an appointment at Central's clinic where there were not many people. It was a very positive experience.

NB. This review is for the old Grosvenor Square location. Interview itself was short. No intrusive questions. Very polite and professional service. The arrival time / appointment time was confusing with a long line outside the consulate. Once inside, the wait was long and uncomfortable, there were more people than seats and it was a very warm environment to sit nervously in.

Interview 25/04/2019.
I arrived an hour early so just hovered around the front until 8.50 when i joined the Que, got to the desk asked for my passport and ds-160 confirmation page.
Next stage is security processing.
After this you walk up to the main embassy, there may be a Que outside (1 line or 2) but as you are a k1 visa you are going to stay to the left for american citizen services, and walk straight up to the reception desk and say your a k1 visa. DO NOT QUE.
You then go up to the first floor and turn left and turn left again (you bypass all the non-immigration visas)
You'll come to a seating area, keep an eye on the screens for your number.
1st booth - asked for DS-160 and passport, took fingerprints, took birth certificate, police certificate and support of affidavit. (i didnt take copies just originals)
He told me to sit back down and wait for my number to be called again... read complete review

INTERVIEW COMMENTS:
Arrived 15 minutes early and was asked to show appointment email confirmation and passport. Was let in and got to bypass any lines and was sent straight to reception where they sent my fiance to the correct room. After a 2 minute wait, his number was called and he was told to present:
Birth Certificate
Police Certificate
Affidavit of Support
Supporting Evidence (employment letter and W-2s)
We had much more supporting evidence that they didn't ask for. He was fingerprinted. He was asked if he had a name change, if he'd served in the military, and if he'd lived abroad (aside from UK or US). His answer was no to all those questions. They gave him his x-ray results from the medical and told him to keep hold of them.
After a small 2 minutes-tops wait, he was called to another desk. He said the oath before answering questions. They gave back the birth certificate but not the police record. Th... read complete review
