Hi everyone, don't panic about your interview at all. once your petition is approved and your medical is all done and they don't find any health issues then think it is approved. my interview was on 21st September 2015 at 9 am but i reached at embassy gate at 7am that's why i got early token to stay process. so i would suggest to all of you to be there at 7am as the windows opens at 8am sharp and the procedure stats straight away.first they call you to submit all paper work and almost after an hour they call for interview. at interview they didn't ask much questions just normal things what is your fiance name? what he does? where you guys met first time? what do you like about him and why? his education, job, your wedding plans etc.

294 miles later (with the little one and best friend) we were outside the Embassy at 07:47. I walked up to a queue of probably around 200 people and decided to speak to one of the ladies at the desk. I said I had an immigrant visa interview at 9am and she immediately asked for my appointment letter and passport, crossed my name off from a list and told me to go straight through. I walked over to the guy at the security line and was through security in seconds. Up the stairs and I had my number, I915. Not bad considering I was sat down at the back of the waiting room by 08:06...for a 9am interview! Major queue jumping javascript:emoticon(' ')
I waited patiently for my ticket number to be called. Only one half of the big screen was working so good that it was the half that showed the ticket number. At 09:04 my number popped up, window 13. A nice fella called Michael asked me for my documents and when I would like to travel to the US, took my fingerprints... read complete review

As they say, nothing is ever simple.
Despite over two weeks passing between the interview and my medical the Embassy had not received my medical report. The first lady who collected all my original documents seemed much more concerned than the actual lady who did the consular interview who said this happens quite often.
The very nice and relaxed consular lady went through the paperwork, gave me back the originals, and simply asked how we met and when. She said once the medical evaluation came in they would glance over the file one last time before dispatching everything to me via the embassy courier service (and no pieces of paper warning me of impending issues!). She was very clear that I had no more than six months from the medical i.e. March 6, 2016 to arrive in the US so I'm guessing everything is fine.
After the appointment I went to the medical office as it is in the neighbourhood and they said they had reported no issues and the fi... read complete review

I just want to start by saying YOU WILL BE FINE! If you've gotten to the Interview stage, you've gotten over the tough stuff. From what I could tell from my interview and from other people's reviews, the interview is really just a formality. They check your paperwork, ask you a couple of really simple questions about your partner and that's it. For real.
My interview was at 8am on Monday 14th September, which was lucky, there was only one K1 visa applicant before me. After queuing outside from around 7.10am (there were about 30 people ahead of me already!), we were let in at around 7.30am and i was seen at around 8.10am. The first guy asked me for my paperwork (Passport, Birth Certificate, UK Police Certificate, U.S. size passport photo, DS-160, Embassy letter, Affidavit with letter from the petitioner's employer and details of savings). I had it all out and ready. The Embassy displays helpful instructions on what paperwork you should have ready and out on a large scree... read complete review
