Total time spent at the consulate was less than half an hour. The staff is very nice and the consul was very kind. Answer directly to their questions and you will be fine.

They asked my husband A LOT of questions. They asked for his passport, Turkish family book they took copies of it but returned them to my husband. They told him in 2 weeks they would be in touch with us with how to send in his passport. We received AP. They also took fingerprints. Though it was a very long interview, the staff was still kind.

It was a good experience. The staff were professional and polite, I didn't have any problems submitting my documents and the questions were pretty straight forward.

The embassy staffs were really helpful and kind. The waiting time was only for handing the documents and the interview itself was really short. My case officer was really nice. He listened to our love story eagerly. javascript:emoticon(' ')

Officer was so nice make sure you bring all your documents with you and be prepared to answer any questions they have if you are nervous they will take longer with you. I waited 45 min and my interview was less then 5 minutes but the people before me took longer.
