The interview went very well. I was hardly asked about our relationship. I think it was because we sent more than sufficient evidence of that. My husband who filed the petition sent photos and joint bank accounts and insurance statement to USCIS and I submitted additional photos and other updated documents to the consul prior my interview. She took a look at the stuff for awhile before calling my name to the interview window. The interview was more about my previous visas since I think she was not familiar with the type of visa I had. At the end, she returned me all of the documents including the civil documents sent to NVC and said she would only keep my current passport for issuing the visa on and it would be mailed to me in a week. Overall the interview was short (about 5-10 minutes) and not difficult. I think if you provide them with enough evidence to convince them your relationship is legit, there won't be anything much to ask during the interview.

My Wife had her interview on the 27th she was there by 530am and her appoint was at 730. They let her in just before 6. They asked for all her paperwork right away. Then called her 30 minutes later, asked her 5 questions. and said ok approved. Just need you to register your address on the GSS site. So all in all about 1 1/2 hours she spent inside the embassy. She said the where very nice and polite. We are very excited. Just one question of those approved how long did it take to get the issue status on CEAC? I have been checking it like every hour and it still says ready never changed after the interview except the Update Date.
UPDATE: CEAC "READY" 27-01 JUNE
CEAC "AP" CHANGE TO "ISSUED" 01 JUNE.
One tip if you have kids bring them to the interview..lol Our 7 month old was very tired and made the process alot of faster.. javascript:emoticon(' ') Gave it a 4 because I haven't gotten the visa yet. Again if a... read complete review

My husband's interview was on January 23 2014. I have been asked to submit more documents three times since then, all related to my I-864 that I thought was approved in December 2013. First I brought my parents on as joint sponsors, then documents related to my job, updated taxes, then my parent's updated taxes and copies of their passports (they don't have passports--they are USC by birth, never left America). Every time I have been asked for more documents it is a new, different list, sometimes containing information that has already been sent to them, sometimes asking for information (like my parent's passports) that cannot be produced. It seems my case has changed hands many times and no one can keep track of the phone book sized stack of stuff we've sent them any more. When I receive answers to emails (which I usually don't) I am often called "Mr. Hawkins" despite being USC woman with a Thai man. It's five months past interview and I have no idea if my husband will get a visa or i... read complete review

Our experience with the US Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand was very good. They responded promptly to each inquiry, and gave helpful information. The actual processing by them was not too long, and the interview was very smooth.
They received our case in December 2013 and our interview was scheduled for February 2014, which may of been sooner if we hadn't took some time to obtain some documents.
We received a request for some additional documents at the interview, which took over a month to obtain--and is not any fault by the embassy. Once the documents were submitted, we went under AP for a couple weeks, then were told that our visa had been issued and we'd receive it in seven days.
We were happy with their promptness and professionalism.
