Interview went very easy. Nothing different from any other reviews. Only 4 questions asked:
1. Did you study in the US? - Yes
2. Did you meet in the US? - Yes
3. When is the baby due? - Answered with the due date
4. When did you see you fiancee last? - He's waiting for me outside
Done, approved.

Sasha says the interview was a bit longer than she expected, but smooth and thorough. The consular didn't seem to interested in evidence. Mostly asked about my previous marriage and job. After about 20 minutes of questioning , Sasha was approved with no troubles at all. Yay!!!!!

Interview was very easy, simple questions about relationship.
Only make sure have W2's with other financial documents, because, however these documents are not required they will ask for it.

There were just two K-1 girls today, myself and a girl from Turkmenistan. Our documents were picked up by a Russian guy in the first window. He wondered why I didn't bring my fiance's tax returns but I told him that the pay stubs and letter from employer should be enough. Then after some waiting I was called to the second window. A lady CO asked me about how my fiance and I had met, about his job(s) in much detail, about my previous stays in the US, whether we had any previous marriages or kids. She also asked to see the most recent photos together. Then she said "well, I think your K1 is approved, you'll receive visa in a week!" And that's it.
No emails or phone transcripts were required.
