Had an appointment at 9:30am. First, before getting in, I had to go to the designed window outside the embassy to have my passport checked and after that I could get in. I was directed to go to the window 13 to get a ticket the number, then i got all my documents checked by a very nice lady (they asked for my birth certificate, police records from Poland and marriage certificate). Then i had to wait for about 1,5hrs (there were already people waiting in the waiting room) until i got called in. The officer asked if all the information on my ds260 are true and wanted me to take the oath - i told him that i have corrected my last name (DS form was still with my maiden name) and at the end i didn't take the oath. He asked me how I met my husband, what's my current occupation, we had a little chitchat about UVA and he said "your visa has been approved, we will send it and your passport to you within 2 business days). The interview in Warsaw was very easy. We were there for only 90 minutes in total, only 10 minutes with the consular officer. (the rest of the time was waiting and providing documents at the window)

I got my appointment at 8:30. Right from the train station I headed to the embassy, where already was a pretty long line. Now there are two windows in fron of the embassy, one where they check your DS-160, the other where you deposit your cell phone. Then you enter the embassy. I at once got the window number in immigration part where the "office lady" checked all my papers, gave me my number and told me to wait. She was pretty strickt. After that the waiting started, meanwhile I was ask to give my finger prints. After about 1:45 my number showed up. I walked up, the consul lady greeted me with a broad smile. She asked me few questions, how we met, what my fiance does for living, whether he met my son and that was it. The interview took about 4 minutes. In comparison with the waiting time it is noyhing. One thing, take some warm sweatshirt inside, there is so cold that I started to sniff 😉.
All experience was pretty nice, I wad really stressed but there is no reason to... read complete review
