The interview in Warsaw was very easy. We were there for only 90 minutes in total, only 10 minutes with the consular officer. (the rest of the time was waiting and providing documents at the window)

I got my appointment at 8:30. Right from the train station I headed to the embassy, where already was a pretty long line. Now there are two windows in fron of the embassy, one where they check your DS-160, the other where you deposit your cell phone. Then you enter the embassy. I at once got the window number in immigration part where the "office lady" checked all my papers, gave me my number and told me to wait. She was pretty strickt. After that the waiting started, meanwhile I was ask to give my finger prints. After about 1:45 my number showed up. I walked up, the consul lady greeted me with a broad smile. She asked me few questions, how we met, what my fiance does for living, whether he met my son and that was it. The interview took about 4 minutes. In comparison with the waiting time it is noyhing. One thing, take some warm sweatshirt inside, there is so cold that I started to sniff 😉.
All experience was pretty nice, I wad really stressed but there is no reason to... read complete review

Just make sure you're on time. No reason to show up too early - they let people come into the embassy according to their appointment time. When you're entering the building, they ask if you have a cell phone with you. If so, they trade it for the number. You can trade it again once you're leaving.

I had A LOT of documents and proofs (way too much) and brought some additional tax paperwork that I was going to show only in case they ask for it. BUT the lady I talked to saw it when I was taking the rest of the papers out of the folder and asked for it immediately. :P She also asked me some basic questions about my fiance (now my husband ) and told me to wait with other people in a line (I got a number). Take a sit and wait patiently. I waited for 2.5 hrs.
When it was finally my turn, a very nice consul lad... read complete review
