This is a response my fiance wrote for a member on this site after being asked about the process because she was getting stressed out about it, and thought it would be a good read for those worried about the interview:
"Jestem narzeczoną Rysia, więc to ja odpowiem Tobie na zadane pytania. Na samym początku musisz wiedzieć, że nie masz się czym stresować. Nie ma sensu! Całe spotkanie przebiegło bardzo sprawnie i przyjemnie. W samej ambasadzie spędziłam około 2 godzin. Trwało to aż tyle czasu, ponieważ podejrzewam, że wprowadzają dokumenty które im dostarczasz do systemu i weryfikują dane. Wzywali mnie dwa razy do okienka- za pierwszym razem prosili o potwierdzenie złożenia formularza, akt urodzenia, zdjęcia, pismo o niekaralności oraz gwarancje finansowe. I had my K-1 visa interview today. Everything went perfect, once I get to the embassy, I was informed about every step, what to do and how. Except for a long line (I waited 2 hours) and getting nervous minute by minute, it was worth it, my interview was great, the consul I talked to was really friendly, helpful and happy to answer all my questions (also happy because we talked in English  )

Our interview was about five minutes in length. He only asked one question then congratulated us. Unfortunately we were given the visa only to have to return it the same day for additional administrative processing. We received the visa again about a month later.

Finally after embassy interview, i was approved
I was in front of embassy around 7am, they open door at 7.30
When i got inside immigration visa room i was first, the lady at window 3 register me, took documents (i-134, ds-156, ds-156k, birth certyficate, police clerance), give me number and told me to wait, few mins later she called me back and took my finger prints and told me to wait again, then i was called by consular officer, she asked me some questions, looked thru my documents from last time when i was an au pair (she needed USCIS extension letter for au pair program) and told me that i was approved and i should be able to pick up my passprot with visa and envelope 2-4 days later in courier office in warsaw. Then she wished me good luck and remind me again that i will have 90 days to get married and apply for AOS.
It took me about 1 hour to go thru process
