We entered the USEM compound at 545am for our 630am interview. there were roughly 30 applicants ahead of us. we entered at around 7 am and our number was called at about 8-815am. screener was nice and asked my wife a few questions, fingerprint scanning, and asked if we brought pictures in case the CO asked for them. she also asked me when i arrived and i answered a few hours earlier. it wasn't until 930 until we had our interview with CO officer. he asked a few questions that were already asked by the screener but he also asked a question like how long does it take me to get to work. in the end, visa approved as well as our request for visa pick up.

From what Sen has told me, it was very brief interview. Sen will input her results here once she gets back from Boracay!

Me and my 3 kids arrived there at USEM about 6:30am already from Cavite, and the line was quite long already, after standing 20mins we get to enter in the embassy by 7:30 and waited to get the ticket number. My line got called for ticket number was almost 8am , i did noticed many is not prepared in their forms , like they dont paid for the kid they applying too , dont have the two copies of DS forms, not glued picture and dont paid the application fee 100$. But me I was very prepared i make sure each of us is complete and properly arranged and the guy who giving the number ticket in the counter told me i have beautiful kids and said goodluck. My lucky ticket number is 5005 , lol i think most of us approved dont forgot the ticket number.About 8:45 we are called in finger scanning , the lady was not that nice lol , coz she get me nervous coz at first i dont see the note in the window that u have to put all ur thin... read complete review

Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

My husband interview is finally over, and he was successfully granted his IR1 visa.

His interview was scheduled at 8:30 AM at USEM (Philippines) and he was there at 7AM with the rest of the applicants lined up outside the embassy. He was grateful to the front guard since he was told go inside the embassy since our 1-year old son was also with him and it was raining hard. Yes, it was true that there were scammers outside, so please be careful and not be lured by them easily.

Once inside, he was given a number and asked to keep until the end of his interview process. If you do not pay attention to the next flashing number, your name will be called on the microphone. Once he got to the window (I guess, that was the pre-screener and she was Filipina), asked him a lot of questions (my husband thinks she was very rude) which he thinks were unnecessary. But towards the end, became calmer and nicer.

He did not tell me what room# he was sent to, but... read complete review
