Very organized office. No issues. After waiting at each point in the process, conversation/interview went well. My fiancé had all the required documents well organized so the process went quickly.

Just a few things I feel that have not been touched on in previous reviews:

1. IV Manila will send you a list of documents to bring to the interview. If you follow that list you will be fine. I brought so many documents and they weren't even looked at. They also indicate which ones to upload to ceac. If those files have already been uploaded and accepted then don't worry about it. You can still bring those documents to the interview just to be sure.
2. Bring the EXACT SAME copy of the PSA documents you uploaded on ceac to the interview. They will scrutinize those documents and keep them on file.
3. During the medical exam, they collect four 2x2 pictures and give one back to you to be given to the embassy. They didn't ask for mine at the embassy but bring one just in case. There is also a booth for your picture to be taken inside the embassy in case you forgot your pictures.
