Review Topic: K1 Visa

My interview experience was very rewarding and exciting. The pre-screener of Window 25 only asked me the pertinent documents (BC, NBI, CENOMAR, Notarized Affidavit of Support, 2007 Income Tax & W2, Letter from Employer). During my final interview which is in Window/Room 30, the Consul was very nice and never gave me a hard time. She didn't ask to show me any proof of relationship. She said a lot of positive things but the one that remains in my memory are the words "YOUR VISA IS APPROVED!!!"

TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOREVER AND ALWAYS!!!

Review Topic: K1 Visa

The whole K1 visa interview was easy. It is the wait that gave so much anxiety to everyone. 2 interviews and consuls didn't make it too hard on me. After directly answering their straightforward questions, only took a few questions on the final interview with the american consul who was very nice and accommodating agreeing on my request for a visa pick up, to approve and let you know right away. I really appreciated that the consul told me directly the results of my interview, not just gave me instructions without knowing what the results were. Compared to other interviewees, some of them are clueless if they got approved or not making them more nervous and on the blind-spot.
