the process was very quick as long as you prepare all the documents. i made sure all my papers are filled out so that i wouldn't go back to the line.

the interview ran smoothly, the consul asked quick specific questions which was very easy to answer ehehe.
the filipinos who worked there were very friendly and accommodating.

The interview went very well. The staff was very cooperative. The consular officer was very business like and very professional. The interview took about 10 minutes. Everything went very smooth.

The interview was extremely unprofessional. The petitioner was not allowed in the room and the Consular Officer (CO) did not ask questions but instead made judgmental statements, derogatory remarks and disrespectful comments. The interview (if you want to call it that lasted only about nine minutes). The results were that they gave the applicant's passport back with directions to provide evidence of the petitioner's U.S. Domicile (which was already verified by USCIS). The petitioner immediately provided the requested proof but the clerk didn't want to accept it and said come back the next day! The Petitioner TOLD her to take the documents to a supervisor. After some further "games" the Petitioner DEMANDED to see a supervisor and after a talk with the supervisor the domicile issue was supposedly resolved. They took the applicant's passport and said pay the visa fee.

Since then we have been lied to and avoided by the US Embassy Consular Section every time we called we have filed a formal complaint with the petitioner's US Senator. We continue to wait! The interview was NOT a happy experience!

The pre-screener was a little crabby. The CO was friendly and only asked a few questions. I was not told anything, but was given a pink slip after payment of delivery fee.
