The result was not what I had expected. I DIDN'T GET the visa.
I waited for two hours before the consul interviewed us, the interview itself took no more than 10 minutes. Everything went well, the question and answer, evidence of relationship, medical results, police cert., original papers, until we came to the affidavit of support (income) portion. The interviewing officer was a small woman. She wore no expression in her face, Didn't smile when I said good morning though she responded. She spoke straight, fast and never looked at me. She just listened to my responses and her whole attention was to the computer, maybe checking/comparing the data if what I said was true..she only look at me, when it was time to deliver the verdict: It was stern and it was like she already had said it several times over. Hello! everyone,
I had my interview on December 14, 2009. The filipino guy who did the first interview was nice as well as the Consul.They just asked simple questions like Whats your full name? Age? The petitioner's full name? age? Address? Job?Everything's fine aside from my NBI. They asked me to get the NBI with AKA. So I provide and passed on December 16, 2009. Right now I'm just waiting for my visa. Hopefully soon! so that I can be with my fiance this coming New Year. Thank you guys for all the insight. Its a great help.If only I knew that they are going to ask the NBI with AKA I might provide that before the interview and have the visa on hand right now. Advice for those who are anulled prepare your NBI with AKA. they are going to ask you that. For those who are going to have their interview recheck your documents you might do something before the interview.Better to be prepared than to have regret after. Good Luck!

My interviewed during nov.19,2009 time 7am but must come one our before the time schedule then you will fall in line right away you can't cellphone or any electronice inside and water food...then inside you will fall in line again butwait the guard calll you to take the number for next step..then the nnext step you will wait willl call your name to finger tump then go back to nyour set then wait for the prescreen by filipino asking some of your documents all what you have.
The filipno screener will ask qusetion to you about your relationship..im happy because she is freindly to me
 then last consule the american woman she asked question the same question to me by filipina prescreener she is very friendly to me..kep asking our date to our wedding ..then after that she said congratulations to your wedding so it means im approve ...  but my visa can approve if they can receive my police clea... read complete review

The interview was quick. All questions are straight to the point requiring straight answers. If I must say, the interview was not as difficult as I thought it was and that's considering the Consul who interviewed me looks intimidating,unhappy, etc.

I was scheduled for interview on Jan 4, 2010 but we requested for a January 28 date...
Embassy got our docs at Dec 4, 2009...Indeed it's convenient to call the embassy for interview date bcoz they will give very near dates...
