Very smooth and easy process.
We entered the waiting area at 5am. They called for Immigrant Visa applicants at 6:30, which included K-Visa applicants. We entered the Immigrant Visa section (although K-1 in non-immigrant) and we submitted the DS forms and received our applicant number and waited for 2 hours until our pre-screening interview.
The pre-screener was very polite, and only asked when we met and how we met. Asked for Cenomar, NBI, and Birth Certificate from Flor. I-134 and 2009 Tax return from me, as well as emails and Photos. That was all the documents that were asked from us. Very easy.
The final interview was a nice Consul. Very polite and easy to talk to. She asked where we met and when. Who made first conversation, and why. If we have any arrests, and when we plan to marry. Then she said, "your Visa has been approved!"
Alot less stressful then we anticipated. We were very pleased with the experience.

In August to September 2010, we submitted all the requirements needed by the NVC (AOS, DS-230, CIVIL DOCUMENTS). Now, I would like to know if there is a possibility of tracking our interview/medical interview.
I am looking forward to your help. My thanks in advance

wait time - My wife arrived at 6:30am and was finished 12pm Note: She had a friend that was there that day at 5:00am, but my wife had gone through half the process before her friend was even called once. Same with medical exam. They seem to have no rhyme or reason for who they call first or last.
Guard - Wanted to see all My Wife's documents and asked her to fill out the Ds-156 forms
Consular - Black American Woman: nice but strictly business.
Questions - Your name and age,
Husband's name and age,
When did you meet?
where did you meet?
Who contacted who first?
why did you contact him?
Has he been here to visit you? How many times?
what does he do for work?
Any Chil... read complete review

The interview went so smooth.. The pre screener didn't ask me anything and just asked me questions..
So this is the flow of my USEM experience
1. Getting a priority number
2. Pre screening interview.. and the guy asked me
a. what's the name of my petitioner and who is he?
b. have you or your husband been married before?
c. do you or your husband have kids?
d. when is your birthday?
And that's it.. javascript:emoticon(' ')
And he said to wait fo my name to be called for finger scanning
3. Finger scanning
4. Interview at the consulate..
A Black American interviewed me.
he scanned my papers and stopped on the marriage certificate..
HE asked me questions.
1. What is the name of my petitioner and who is he?
2. HAve you been married before?
3. Do you have kids?
4. When is your Wedding Anniversary?
