i had my interview sept 29, 2010 but unfortunately i wasn't issued a visa because my father became u.s citizen prior my interview. i was asked to file a letter for child status protection act(CSPA) for me to retain my f2b category together with cenomar(i just submitted one from a C.O but i was asked for another copy so i needed to run for N.S.O again) and my fathers certificate of naturalization after about two weeks i recieved the aprroval notice of my CSPA then i proceeded to the embassy for the thought that ill be paying for the visa mail at air 21 at the embassy, after i submitted my passport and the aproval letter unfortunately i was adviced to go home and just wait for their response thru mail because the C.O that requires my document still needs to review my papers again. i was just wondering if they will send me may passport together with the visa or letter for another appointment schedule and for how long will i wait for the letter to arrive? will someone pls enlighten me rega... read complete review

We has our interview appointment on Nov. 2, 2010 at 8:30 am. We arrived at 6am and had the visa approved by 11:30 am.
The interview was pretty easy and straight forward. Take the time to review the documentary requirements on the US Embassy, Manila website and you won\'t have any problems. Everything they asked us for was listed on the website. There were no surprises.
The staff was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I was especially pleased with the helpers and security guards they had there. They were able to answer questions and guide us through the process.
I only rated 4 stars because the system to process your application is opaque. They seem to call cases in a random order. Numerous people with the same interview time who arrived after we did were called first. I hate waiting while people who got there after me are served.

My interview went very smoothly. The consul was very nice. I was asked about 5 general biographic questions. It took about 4 minutes then I was approved. Thank God.
