I arrive USEM before 6 am last January 29,2013. Everything went smoothly on my interview. But being question by a Filipino interviewer why i only have few pictures for the two times my fiancee visited me. I answered that that's all i printed and the rest is on USB. I only showed 7 or 8 pictures. He asked about me and my fiancee. Followed by American interviewer, asked almost same question as of the first interviewer. He asked how my fiancee proposed and when. He tried to confuse my answers but i am steady in giving him same answers. And done everything exactly 10:20 am. The woman on the window just told me you can go home now and wait for your Visa delivery. No pink slip...No magic words too. For all applicant, just be honest and prove to them that the relationship is genuine.

this is really bad and frustrating...I was given 221g...whew! stating that my fiancee shows that his not committing coz he failed to demonstrate sufficient income to sponsor an immigrant, well in fact, he is capable of even sponsoring another beneficiary....still figuring out how to overcome this or just get married here...The Consul is so strict...and I heard from a friend that he even gave 221g a day before us to almost 10 people...My friend was given the same and she was the last interviewed applicant the day before mine...

I had my interview January 28, 2013 (7:30AM)
5:40AM - Me and my fiancee arrived at USEM. There were so many people outside falling in line already. Too many vendors too being helpful but don't trust everything they say.
6:30AM - The embassy staff let us in. In the entrance, there were two lines, immigrants, and non-immigrants such as tourists. We were in the immigrant line. Don't bring any gadgets or USB's. The staff in entrance asked for the PASSPORT, 1ST PAGE OF APPOINTMENT LETTER, DS 156,157,156K (2 copies each). He put the passport in a zip lock bag, and staple the appointment letter and DS forms altogether. He then return the passport and stapled forms to me with a 4 digit number printed in a small paper and also attached to a list of forms you need to prepare for the interview(It has become my number all through out the process) NEVER LOSE THE #.
7:30M - We went to DOOR 2, security check done. We enter another door. I saw 2 windows wh... read complete review
