After Fingerprints were taken, they somehow forgot about 2 couples including ourselves for the Pre-Screening Process. We had to inquire after we noticed we were the only people not getting called. Outside of the 3 hour wait time for the Filipino Pre-Screen every other part of the process was quick and easy...

I was just one of those lucky applicants who has been assigned to a good Filipina pre-screener who took away my nervousness when I get to the final interviewer, a young american guy. I brought with me, plenty of evidence to prove a genuine relationship with my fiance then (who is my husband now), which in my opinion, were of great help to me of not having lots of questions from the pre-screener and she even smiled and had an eye contact with me asking where did we met, as she seems interested to know after looking at those evidences. And it only took me, less than 5 minutes with my final interviewer since he only had few questions after looking those notes that the pre-screener has forwarded to him. I really thanked God for the answered prayers.

My fiance' said her experience was excellent! Her interview was on Monday Feb. 11th at 7:30 AM. There were only a few people in the line waiting outside. The hardest part of her interview was the waiting in between each step of the interview process. (i.e. Biometric fingerprinting, dropping off documents etc) She had a female embassy official for her main interview. She was only asked a few simple questions such as my name, what I do for work and finally was asked what was her favorite picture of us. My fiance' just replied that all of the pictures were her favorite. The interviewer seemed to like that answer! Anyway, that was basically it and my fiance' was told she was approved! (Which I guess is very rare for the embassy to actually tell you that you are approved)

Visa in hand after only 4 days and cannot be any happier!
