Review Topic: K1 Visa

Some things went well, other things didn't go so well. We arrived at the embassy at 5:30. We were directed to the line for K1 visa applicants . The line was actually seats which we paid 30p each. Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

Filing via DCF it was REALLYYYY fast. All I can say for tips and tricks is be proactive.. you'd probably be wasting a good 3 months or so just waiting for your NOA1.. when it was already approved after a week of you submitting the petition. So get up and call the embassy... ask them for an update with your case!

Review Topic: General Review

The interview at the embassy was quick and easy. As long as all your documentation is right and you have a real relationship there is no problem. Genda's interview lasted all of 5 minutes...
