Very smooth.
Received the typical questions.
Needed to re-do my passport photos, luckily there was a vendor who helped with photos and I continued the process.
Recommend bringing some money just in case it is needed.
Everyone was very professional and polite.

Unlike public buildings in the Philippines, U.S. Embassy is clean and well maintained. Not much do do while waiting.
