Fiance woke up at 4 am arrived at the Embassy, around 6:15 am. Her experience was very typical of many of the other fiances. The only thing notable was how surprised the Interviewers where that she knew so much about me. And that she knew the complete addresses with zip codes (Postal Codes) For every address that they ask about. She said 2-3 fiances had problems because their Cenomars had expired prior to their interviews. javascript:emoticon(' ')

I went to my interview feeling under the weather. It took me 3 hours tops to finish the entire process at the US embassy. The staff were organized and the consulates were polite and very accommodating.

WE had our interview on Nov 18, 2014 we went there around 6am. They let us in around 6.45. Line wasn't that long for k1 visa holders. So anyway when we got in we did the usual waited for our number to pop up at the screen then after getting the biometrics and talking to a Filipino consul, we waited for our number to pop up again for the American consul aka the Last interviewer. LOL Then finally when we got to talk to the consul he asked for my then fiancé to do an oath. After that he just asked me(USC) 3-4 questions and looked at our pictures that were included in our I-129F packet. He said "You two looked like you're having a good time" and we just smiled. After that he said we're good to go and just wait for my fiancé's visa(we got it 4 days after the interview). He dint even asked my fiancé anything. LOL Everything went well and we went out at the embassy around 11.30am.

Hello, guys!
This forum has been sooo helpful to me so, I'd like to share my experience/interview today at the embassy.
I arrived at 7:05 and there was no line for K1 by that time, so I was instructed to proceed inside.
We were told to have the DS160 in hand at all times, so that's what we did.
For "biometrics", the American consul asked for the NVC letter because he needs the MNL#.
For the pre-screening with the Filipino consulate, he asked for the
AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT
PROOF OF INCOME
CENOMAR
NBI (No record on file)
BIRTH CERTIFICATE
St. LUKE's brown envelop - I saw him open it and took out the 2x2 pictures I submitted at St. Luke's. In addition, he didn't ask me for any pictures. He asked me questions about my fiancé and me similar to those that are being shared in this forum.
Note: I was sitting next to a fellow K1 beneficiary, and she said that since her letter never arrived, her f... read complete review
