Interview was smooth like glass. It took less than 10 mins. a few questions was asked.(its a good thing because she only has 3 hours of sleep the night before) . My worry was about my divorce decree because she only has a copy of it. people saying here that a divorce decree with a wet signature is a must. There was a big debate about this issue on here. actually she was asked about the original but never demanded and never an issue. they were ok with just a copy.

Overall consulate staff are very friendly....

She got the “good” agent, a woman of Chinese descent. That person was going through interviews quickly. There was another window where everyone was in there for a while. Not many questions, what was your job in Bahrain, how long were you in Hong Kong, what dates were you in Hong Kong, was your fiancé divorced, when did he get divorced, how many times did he visit you in the Philippines, do you have pictures of his visits. She had redo passport pictures, because her earlobes were not showing.

My K1 interview appointment at US embassy London was at 9am on January 25, 2023.The interview only took 5 mins asking few questions about my fiance like his name and his address in the US, when did we first meet, and when did we last saw each other. I was divorced before and I am from the Philippines so I am expecting a lot more questions but they have not ask anything more nor ask for any evidence of relationship like pictures or messages and receipts (which i have have compiled and brought with me). When I get inside the embassy the IO in the first window immediately in took my original documents and scan, took my fingerprints and after that returned my original documents to me. After that I have waited for like 1 hour to be called again in the next window by another IO for the interview which only took 5mins and then said congratulations your visa is approved. The interview was straightforward and does not make me feel really nervous at all, the 2 IOs were really kind and the embass... read complete review
