everything work out great for me and got approved in minutes. Although the wait is dreadful..Got in line about 5:30 ( wind is blowing hard and a bit of rain but very manageable even without an umbrella hehe ) and was finished around 11:30.
Step 1. Biometrics / fingerprint taking just present your passport , NVC letter and ds 160 .
Step 2. Pre screening with filipino consul. Mine was easy i was just asked to present my birth cert, cenomar, police clerance, brown envelope from slec and ds 160. Questions asked were how did we meet, did i travel abroad and what did i do abroad .
Step 3. oath taking
Step 4. interview with the US consul. I was at window 66 with this lovely US consul lady who asked me how did we meet , for how long we've known each other, any wedding plans, did i live abroad and what did i do there, what does my fiancee do for a living , when was the last time we saw each other and what makes the world go round haha just kidding. line up again, prepare ds-160 and appointment confirmation, they will give you a number stapled on ds-160 and instruct you to drop the appointment confirmation on a specific window # but orange girls will be there in the entrance to take it.
