Review Topic: K1 Visa

All glory to God!! K1 was approved after approx 15 min interview. Primary focus of Consular officer was pictures which we had plenty of. Questions ranged from how did we meet to how many times have we met in person. Nothing difficult. We over prepared with documents but that's ok. Of course tax documents along with I-134 were still reviewed. Was told 5-10 business days to receive visa. Thank you God!!

my schedule is 9:40am but was at the vicinity an hour earlier

Upon reaching the line number 3 on the entrance was asked for DS260 and passport, then was told to enter the door and have my things undergo the xray machine, then on the next door a guard checked my stuff, making sure there is no electronic devices etc.

then fell in line at window 41, the Filipino consul , who’s in the pre-screening,

Consul: you sent us complete documents

My wife got scheduled for 6:30am appointment, we arrived at 6am just to make sure we are queued in the front of the line.
The promptly started the pre-screening at 630am, first, it was a Filipino lady that went through a few paperwork with us and asked
where we met, how long and some pictures to as proof. It was followed by quick bio metric fingerprinting and the final interview.
Our final interview with one of the American consul went really well. He looked through our paperwork; mainly the i846 forms, taxes and followed by three questions. Where did we meet, when did we meet and where will we be staying the states? He closed our file, gave my wife a pamphlet and said Congratulations, you are approved.
