My Fiancé was treated well in her interview. She was interviewed by three separate people. It was a good experience for her. She was well prepared.

Interview date January 30, i entered US embassy at 9am for my 9:40am interview the guard and other guides allowed me to go proceed inside for the IV entrance. first at filipino CO which i answered all her questions spontaneously, she collected all original documents birth certificate, marriage certificate, nbi & cemar. and reminded me that american CO always asking for photos which i have. Filipino CO questions: when did we meet, date of marriage, name of petitioner. then instructed me to go another window for fingerprints and swearing, after that to the American CO final interview, and i think we are just casually talking. His questions: spouse name, how long does she stay in the philippines, did we travel abroad. Then.... congratulations your approve. It only takes me 20 minutes all in all, 9:25am im already outside the embassy very happy!!!

Very easy process during the interview. Filipinos working at the embassy are not friendly, helpful or pleasant but the Americans working their are just the opposite. Interview was with an American and very nice and helpful.

Straight forward questions. Easily answered. Interviewer looked at a few of our photos. Then told her the Visa was approved. Simple. Wife did not arrive in the very wee hours of the morning to get herself in the que. Really, it was not as big a deal as we expected.

All went well after my wife demanded that the pre-screen lady pay attention to the documents and actually turn the damn first page to see the all the rest of the supporting docs. As soon as the lady did so she said oh ok I see now and moved to the next phase. If they will demand documents from you then decide to ignore them you better speak up!!!! Fingerprinting and actual interview went fine. Visa approved!! I did email the embassy 3 times to also.
