I had a 7:10 AM interview appointment, arrived there an hour earlier. The guard at the entrance checked my appointment confirmation and guided me to fall in line in the 7:10 AM slot. After about 30 minutes, they already let all the 7:10 AM applicants inside and checked our passports and DS160/DS260 forms. We pass through the security and sat down in our designated areas. I was told to go to section C. First step, the pre-screening interview. They just asked details about me like full name, date of birth, have I already traveled to other countries and in the US, if I have been married before or had kids, etc. Just basic questions that I’m sure is in your DS160 form. Second step, fingerprinting. Third and last step is the final interview. It’s basically the same questions as the ones asked in the pre-screening interview, the only added question for me was how I met my fiancé and when did we become boyfriend and girlfriend. It was really quick like less than 5 minutes. Af... read complete review

Got approved today. My interview time was 8:40AM. I arrived there around 7:30AM. Got out of there around 9:30AM. I was like lucky to be interviewed by the very nice lady. Just answer questions honestly that they throw at you. I have all my fiancé's documents but they didn't ask for it. They only asked if I have photos of me and my fiancé. And then I got approved.

Appointment was at 7am and did not get seen until 915am. The interview took 15 minutes and K1 Visa was approved. We had all the photos and documents but were not asked to show them.

Junrey's interview was 9/24/2018. I attended with him. I thought we were well prepared and had everything in order. I was wrong. This was an adventure.
Couple of things first. Everything at the embassy was well organized, professional, and friendly.
The appointment was scheduled at 6:10AM and we lined up around 5:45. We had the appointment confirmation that allowed us to get in line, but we did not have the application confirmation. Junrey had completed the application so I was unfamiliar with the confirmation page that had his picture on it. They gave us the website to get it and gave us until 9:00AM to come back with it. I had rented an Airbnb condo across the street and so we went there to get what we needed. Junrey saw the document online and said "I've got that". We had it all along. So back to the embassy (7:30AM). Got to go to front of the line. We were then allowed into the embassy and waited our turn for pre-interview. In the pre-interview stage it... read complete review
