I arrived at 5:15,they started letting us in at 6am. My appointment is at 6:40 am.I was first in line for filipino consul but unfortunately I was sent to a different window for data entry because they need to scan my passport pic. They didnt accept the pic that i uploaded on ds-160. I waited on the waiting area again because the filipino consul is still looking for my medical result.I was second row to the last for the american consul interview.LOL I finished everything at 9:45am.
The consul is a lady american with a blonde hair wearing a glass. She seems calm and nice. questions to me by american consul are

Interview date was September 24 at 8:40am. Got to the embassy at 8:30am. It was quick. The consul just asked how and when we’ve met, what his work is, how long we’ve know each other and how many times did he come to the Philippines to visit me. The consul was nice because I expected worst. When I got home, I checked the website for my status. It says ‘ready’. Then before going to bed, it then says ‘administrative processing’. When I woke up, it was already ‘issued’. I was so happy. After 3 days, I got my passport with the visa and the yellow packet. Me and my fiancé are both single and don’t have kids, I think it’s an advantage that’s why every step went quick.
