Im new here,for now i am still waiting for the approval noticed.i just want to know some information about the K1 VISA.What kind of forms belongs to (Ds-156,Ds157,Ds156k) did all fill out before the interview at embassy here in philippines? And for about the CENOMAR where do i get that?
I hope anyone answer me and help me, and give me some information about the K1 visa.

The result was not what I had expected. I DIDN'T GET the visa.
I waited for two hours before the consul interviewed us, the interview itself took no more than 10 minutes. Everything went well, the question and answer, evidence of relationship, medical results, police cert., original papers, until we came to the affidavit of support (income) portion. The interviewing officer was a small woman. She wore no expression in her face, Didn't smile when I said good morning though she responded. She spoke straight, fast and never looked at me. She just listened to my responses and her whole attention was to the computer, maybe checking/comparing the data if what I said was true..she only look at me, when it was time to deliver the verdict: It was stern and it was like she already had said it several times over. She flatly told me, "We cannot issue you a visa because your fiance's income didn't meet the income requirement. However, your fiance can amend his income". I ... read complete review

Last November 20, 2009 I\'m been interviewed by a consul woman and I\'m just wondering when she said that I did not establish my social, family economic ties outside the US, even I showed my some papers to her, like invitation letter from my fiance and my fiance Mother to visit me in united state, also my fiance have affidavit support he showed, medical record of my fiance mother from her Dr. that she has a fourth degree of cancer that she wish to see me before she pass,also I have some my owned papers that I can proof to the consul, bank statement& certification, my Sunlife insurance certification and statement, certification and statement of my daughter Sunlife educational Plan, St.Peter statement of my burial service, realty tax receipt, SSS government receipt, full payment receipt from my daughter sch. that I paid her whole year, certification and copy of grade, sealed from my daughter school,affidavit of consent RTC authenticated in DFA, certified copy of petition of correction of... read complete review

She had her medical exam on Monday Dec 14th 2009 (her time zone) Everything could be done in 1 day but because of her "period" it delay her for 1 extra day. Her period stop the next day so she went back to St Luke and completed the exam on Tuesday Dec 15th 2009. Her interview date is on Wednesday 16th 2009 and she passed it. Everything was in quick style.
