Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

The only thing they asked by wife for was the CENOMAR. Don't know why because it no longer valid and no longer applies to her because she has been married to me since 4/24/2010
They asked to look at chat logs and telephone logs. We had only magic jack telephone logs. Showed pictures as well. They did not want to see anything else. My wife brought certified copies of birth certificate, marriage certificate, and Police certificate from NBI. Did not need them. They did not ask for DS230 copy either. I was wondering why they would ask for these items since they were already provided to the NVC and the NVC forwarded the packet to the Embassy. Oh, by the way, contacting my senator did help. It was documented in my packet that my state Senator got involved with helping me.
