As a note, I was not at the interview, I wish I was, but could not make it.
The interview lasted about 15 minutes. Most of it went well. Typical questions asked. "What is your name?", "Who is the petitioner?", "How long have you known each other?" etc.
Then he gets to the part about the CENOMAR, she has a valid, recent copy but for some reason the counselor gets it in his head that she is married. He keeps telling her "Come on, just admit it. You are married, right?", "It's not a big deal, just tell me and we can move on.", "I know you are married, just tell me the truth." She kept telling him "I'm not married."

Because my fiance finished his studies last year (2011), he only worked part-time and had an insufficient income. The US consul said they are not accepting joint sponsorship so we need to provide my fiance's recent pay stubs and letter of employment that will serve as evidences for current sustained income. We already have his 3 recent paystubs and just waiting for the letter of employment before we can send the needed documents to USEM.. They kept all of my files, including my passport.
