My fiance beverly Legaspi had her interview today and she called and was very disappointed in the way the Philippine consulate employee acted and treated her in there representation of the US Government. But I told her it should be no shock as the american employees and the Philippine workers have totally different personalities. But in protecting my fiancee I was very disappointed in her first experience with my country it was negative one! The main thing is she was approved!

they're very systematic, meaning if your schedule is 7:30am then go there an hour early and not as early as 3am coz even you're that early those who have 6:30am schedule still have to go first before you. at first i thought it was the scariest moment of this visa journey but i was wrong. it was just like an ordinary conversation by 2 people meeting for first time and asking simple questions related to me and my fiance. and i would say because of visajourney that i was able to pull it off like a normal conversation because i went there prepared. even though the US Consul was slang i was able to understand her because her questions i had found it and heard it first here and was able to practise here. and its also because of my fiance whose always there to keep reminding me to relax. and oh well the best advise i have heard about visa application was on USEM advert. "No Secret" no secret formula in getting the visa but just tell the truth and be yourself.

My fiancee went to get her interview on the 19th OCT 2012. She passed it with no problem but was still waiting on Singapore to send the paperwork for her clearance. I contacted Singapore police ( which sent the forms registered mail on the 10 OCT 2012 ) and they said to wait till the 22nd. After contacting the embassy daily we finally were notified on the 31 OCT 2012 that she was approved and that the documents were processing. Other women in her batch of people were approved the next day, some of them 3 days later, none of them have taken up to 13 days to send the visa to the 2go office; which according to the ladies on the phone when i call is all that needs to be done. They are "processing". I have explained this is two weeks of waiting and they simply tell me to call back on friday. I call back on friday and they tell me to call back on tuesday. It does not take that long to process the document as I have talked to several people who have worked in embassys doing such work. I have ... read complete review
