We had such a problem with St. Lukes. Our oldest son did not pass the medical. St. Lukes kept re-scheduling the appointment for x-rays for 4 months. Note: the treatment for TB is 6 months.

Hello all, first post on my visa journey. I sent out my I129F petition via first class mail on 01/06. As of today, 01/19, I have yet to receive a text or email that it was received. Also the $340 check has not been cashed. In hindsight of course I should have used registered mail with signature to make sure it was delivered. Should I be worried at this point that I have not heard anything from USCIS and if so is there any path to contact them to find out what is going on?

"I answered I travelled a lot and I visited the whole continent of Europe", she asked me "what countries in Europe I visited", I started enumerating the countries I have visited and after i have mentioned 7 countries she said "ok" She told me that i was missing some documents, ie (nbi clearance, marriage certificate, old passports). I told her that i already submitted the original nbi clearance to nvc and i dont need to submit my marriage clearance as I am divorced and submitted my certified divorce judgement and original nso certificate of non marriage to nvc, but she insisted for those documents, I showed her my packet 4 (interview letter)from... read complete review
