Interview was fine until they asked me about my updated CENOMAR which i didn't have because i thought the marriage certificate was enough to prove that i'm married to my USC husband. Well i didn't know that they need UPDATED CENOMAR to prove that im married only ONCE and only to my USC husband. Good thing I requested the CENOMAR thru NSO ONLINE and they delivered it directly to manila US EMBASSY. My visa status was under ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS Then Finally I now have my VISA delivered last saturday march 29,2014. Thank you almighty Father! To the US Embassy/ USCIS: I JUST WANT TO SUGGEST THAT THEY SHOULD BE MORE SPECIFIC WITH THE REQUIREMENTS THAT THEY POST ON THEIR WEBSITE NEEDED PRIOR TO THE INTERVIEW SO THAT IT WILL HELP THE APPLICANTS WITH THE PROCESS EASIER.

So my lawyer sent all of our paper work to NVC. So in a month if it all goes good we should know when our interview date will be. I was wondering of a good reasonable place to stay at in manila? I plan on being with my wife when she goes for her interview. Thanks

My interview was last 9 January 2014 with Bangkok Consulate. It went well and smooth, worth to mention how nice the lady CO was. She hadn't even asked my husband's name. It was done approximate within 3 mins.
Here comes my 221g.....
Prior to my interview, is the fact that there's an issue about my medical result. My left upper lung has a scar. I dont have history of TB before, no intermittent cough, my weight is the same and no fever. I never smoke as I keep a half-vegan diet. Obviously, I need to undergo Consulate's procedure in cases having such abnormalities. The collection of sample for sputum test was, by far, the most horrifying experience i'd ever had. Attempt to cough out sample has been unsuccessful for few times. I was induced through a nebulizer twice. I was even referred to a Pulmunologist for martoux test, which came out negative. My husband and I were almost about to give up, until a sweet-spirited nurse came to us and prescribed this powder form de... read complete review

My wife was asked "what is your husband's full name" by first the Filipino consulate officer, and then again by the American. That was her only question. She showed them a few photos and that was it.
She was told that she needed to submit a CENOMAR so she went to NSO after interview and paid for it and they said the US Embassy will receive it 3 days later. US Embassy told her that processing may take 3-4 weeks.
They never looked at nor asked about the other documents we had (1 original and 2 copies of ALL docs we submitted to USCIS and NVC, western union receipts, pay stubs from last 8 months, tax transcrips, returns and W2s and 1098s from 2010-2012, plus 2013 W2s, employment letter, all our Skype conversations since September 2013 (that was as far back as it went), FB conversations, all FB posts on each others walls since we met in July of 2011, all documents NVC say we need for interview, etc.
The document list we were given, both... read complete review
