Approved my husband at the time of interview. And then dragged it out for a year and half until we filed a writ of mandamus.

Terrible experience. My fiancé had his interview and they didn’t even care to look at ANY of our photos together, my airline ticket, receipts, chat logs, phone calls where we spoke every single day at times for 3-5 hours.
They didn’t even ask any questions about our relationship. They focused on our 10 year age gap im in my 30s he’s in his 20s. And just without any care just told my fiancé the interview is done. Gave him a 221g form and when he asked what happened or why the CO just shut the window on him.
I’m so hurt by all of this because we had everything we needed in our file. I spent days and hours on hours making sure we had everything we needed.
They didn’t even take my 2021 tax transcript only took my 2020 one which makes no sense. They didn’t even take my affidavit of support.
