The interview went smoothly and the visa was approved.. I am still waiting for the passport for my spouse. Beneficiaries living in ISB should be able to pick up the passport from the embassy the same day. That's what I heard. The case is in AP currently. She didn't get any 221g slip which is a good sign.
The only thing they asked for Medical, passport, passport sized photos, interview letter and our pictures... We over did our work with personal relationship evidences, forms, tax returns, etc. We concentrated a lot on the evidences and pictures. The CO didn't see the wedding album as it was huge in size. But we color printed out the highlights of different pictures (including skype and us being together) on a word doc. The CO was really interested in our story like how do we know each other and how the long distance relationship developed. Lol
My wife was out in 10-15 minutes from the time of the interview with CO. Off-course, she had to wait for her turn.... read complete review

The interview went very well. Most of the embassy staff were helpful and polite. The ones with the menial jobs were the grumpiest. There are a lot of steps, hand over medical, follow yellow line, pay at the counter, sit and wait, get fingerprints and photo taken. The consular officer had about 25 questions, mostly about family and verifying our relationship. Good documentation and pictures help a lot. Fiance visa was approved.

Interview went good. Standard procedure. The line of questioning was exactly as expected:
1) Where does the fiance live?
2) What does he do?
3) What state?
4) What city?
5) How'd you meet?
6) Got pictures of the engagement ceremony.
7) Point out a few folks on one of the pictures.
8) Where do his parents live?
etc.
The officer was friendly. All the answers were given spot on. At the end the officer said everything looks good. Kept the passport and got the 221g green form stating a wait time of 2-6 months. Welcome to Administrative Processing!
