Everything went well. The CO was satisfied but my fiance was issued a 221 g asking for joint sponsor and asked to file i 864. Fiance's passport and original documents were kept. We submitted the requested documents on August 13, 2018. AP can take up to 60 days.

Hi
My mother and me,brother, sister , whose interview was held in Islamabad on November 21, 2017 and our interview was very good because we all spoke the truth which was asked, but finally they gave us 221g and Saying that your father's income is low then send you a joint sponsor and I also sent it to me and my brother, as a friend from the Embassy which had some questions, answered and sent back mail. Embassy has not yet made anything of our case so far more than nine months since the interview, please head to our process soon.
Still Adminstrative processing

Our visa was approved from the Islamabad, Pakistan Embassy on the 8th. We arrived at the embassy around 7 and the process started at about 8. We were called at the first window to get a token number after they saw our interview letter. Then we sat down and were called at the second window to submit finger prints after a few minutes. Then waited again for a few and were called to another window to submit key documents (Nikah Nama (Urdu), Nikah nama Nadra, birth certificate, passport, Passport photos). We were then called to a fourth window for the actual interview. The interview was straightforward and included a few basic questions. I accompanied my wife to each window and we were not interviewed independently nor was I told to go take a seat by the interviewer.
From my wife (Beneficiary):
1: Who is sponsoring you?
2: Was this an arranged or love marriage?
3: Who arranged it?
4: Are you cousins?

My mother recently had her immigrant visa interview on July 19th, 2018. The officer asked her general questions and whole process went really smoothly. She was told at the end of interview that her application is approved and she will receive her immigrant visa in 1-2 weeks. It's been close to 3 weeks and not sure what is causing the delay. We haven't received request to submit any additional documents or any update from the Embassy. Upon calling them they informed my mother that her visa is still in process (not administrative processing).
I will appreciate if someone here can guide me about how long it took them to receive their passport once their visa was approved. Specially if it was to do with their parents application.
