My interview was on 14th Feb 2020. I'm going to divide this review (and guide) into two parts: 1. Before entering the embassy and 2. After entering the embassy.
Before entering the embassy:
So I reached the shuttle point (visa seeker shuttle service on Google Maps) around 6:15 am. Around 6:30 they asked everyone to get into a line to enter and go towards the waiting area for the shuttle. Soon after, they called up people who had 7 am interviews at the US embassy. I then bought an insurance token for Rs. 100 and then the shuttle ticket for Rs. 1000 (they ask for your passport and NIC copy here). After depositing my cell phone, then I waited for the shuttle. Then the shuttle took me to the embassy. Right before entering the embassy, I was part of a line with non-immigrant visa applicants. There's a person there asking if you are an immigrant visa applicant, who then sent me directly into the embassy.
After entering the embassy:

Alhumdulilah my visa has been approved. It took freaking 7 hours at the embassy due to the number of applicants, however, the interview lasted ~3 mins only out of which 80% of the time was spent by CO typing..
Here's the 60 seconds conversation we had:
"Who is inviting you to the US?
Is this your first marriage?
Do you have children?
Is he born in US?
Does he walk?
Did you ever travel out of Pakistan?
How many times have you been to the US?
How long did you stay in US during your recent trip?
What do you do?
Everything seems good. Congratulations your visa has been approved. You'll have your passport in two weeks. Good luck"

My interview was on 9th January 2019! I was accompanied by my wife but they refused to let her in despite the fact that she's a US citizen! The new policies allow only applicants to enter the embassy due to security reasons!
The guy taking fingerprints and documents were really nice! The on important tip I red from visa journey was to present maximum documents as an evidence which I did! I presented my daughters CRBA too which made things easy for me!
So I was called to the counter for interview around 8:40 AM! He was a nice guy with glasses but quite serious!
He asked me a few questions:
1. when were you married?
2. do you have kids?
3. whats the name of your daughter?
4. do you have photographs? (I had a album with all the events marked for his ease)
5. what does your daughter love the most in the world? (Laughed like crazy when I told him about Baby shark and told me he has to listen the same song too)
