Hello everyone,
Our journey started on January 21st 2016 when we first submitted the I-130 package and now it ends joyfully on August 24th 2018.
To know the full detail of my case look at the time line.
From recommendation for revocation to visa approval. Wasn’t easy but i give glory onto God for His faithfulness and hands on my marriage and this process.
My husband fitst interview was on November 28,2018 where they put us on AP and recommended for revocation because they believed our marriage wasn’t real. At his interview i was waiting patiently outside.
During this period of AP,i seeked assistance from senator and the Ombosmen to know status and help with our case. I spoke to an immigration lawyer who i consulted with on evidence to overcome this case. i gathered evidence that was advices and waited for the NOIR and responded with evidence, pictures, time line, statement from my husband ex wife and affid... read complete review

Embassy interview was terrible. Interviewer refused to look at any supporting documents and assumed my fiance' was lying. she denied the visa.

Hello house, I have married a US citizen before with k3 unfortunate my wife passed away and my Visa was revoked then due to the death of my wife. After some years I met another US citizen that we love ourselves, she visited me in my country and we got engaged she filed a k1 visa me after she left back to US. She have visited me in my country twice. I went to Embassy for my interview I was placed on Administrative process and gave me back my passport with a white paper.The officer said they will get back to me next week but when I read where he circled the paper said if I don't hear from them after 90 days I should mail them. Has anyone gone through this kind of my case ? Or your advice.. Thanks

We thank God for the journey , it was a very long journey so far but with prayers , everything went so good....
The interview went so well and fiance said it only took 1min .... yes 1min
He said the co only asked him just 3 questions.....
Question:
CO: please tell me your age
Ans:
CO: asked of my age
A ns
Co requested to see our son birth certificate
And co said ..... ok i will approved you now. ..
We thank God, because it can only be him.....

My interview was few hours ago and I was approved. The questions asked were:
Who’s calling you?
Where and when I met my husband?
How long we’ve been married for?
Have either of us been married before?
Do we have any children?
Where does my husband live in the US?
What type of visa did my husband enter the US with?
And she viewed our wedding album.
I’m so glad this journey is over.Thank you all for the information and support...Wish everyone best of luck ðŸ˜ðŸ˜˜â¤ï¸ï»¿
