The interview went really well. My fiancé arrived at 6:30am for appointment at 7am, screening started at 6:30am, the actual interview was at 11:30am. He says he was only asked: Who he was in a relationship with and the status of the relationship, how we met, and about me. They reviewed our messages, call logs, and gave my fiancé back our photo album we had submitted with the petition. The process was very efficient and we were approved and were told the visa processing should take up to 10 business days before it is available for pick-up. He was given an approval letter that gives the information and contact for visa pickup.

The interview:::
My husband says there is a hotel walking distance away from the embassy and it was very cheap. I front loaded (sent ALL documents to USCIS and NVC.)
The questions asked at my husband's interview were the same questions everyone posted before me so I won't go too much into that. The interview went well. He says it was with an African American lady. Â
TIPS:::
Be confident at the interview! Before filing Spouse visa we tried filing for fiancé visa while we were engaged. He was denied K1 because he was nervous/ looked shy/ didn't make eye contact etc. So they thought we weren't legit even though we went with LOADS OF EVIDENCE.. YOU HAVE TO BE CONFIDENT AND KNOW YOUR SPOUSE LIKE YOU KNOW YOURSELF! !!
if you have kids from a previous relationship- TAKE ALL OF THEIR DOCUMENTS WITH YOU TOO, even if you are not filing for them at the moment. ... read complete review

Interview was for 6:30am, he hot there at 5:40am. By 6am they started scanning people in. They finished securing checks, collected their medical results and the waited for the interview. He didn't interview until 10:06am
