ok soo our visa was not denied but not approved. Our case is being reviewd and another interview resheduled. The officer was an American female officer. She took 1 1/2 with my fiancee. She had nothing to say about the actual proof of the file, Infact she insisted we had an lawyer put it together, which we didn't. My fiancee felt like she was looking for something wrong, she would ask a question and he would answer, then she would go back and flip pages and ask another question, evertime he had an answer for her. Finally, she decided to harp on "is he sure I'm not still in a relationship with my 8 year old sons father" How does he know for sure" asking questions about him. where he lives, not state, but actually address, what he does, and etc. hell i don't even know his address,we are not in contact. This sucks, because one, your supposed to only have proof of legal marriages being dissolved. How do you prove your not sleeping with someone?? Only a death certificate would prove it impo... read complete review

Thank you Jesus for answered prayers and for all your blessings and amazing favour and grace..... My visa was approved today after a long immigration process I went through.....
I will try and be very detailed about my experience hehe.... My interview was scheduled for 10am and I and hubby was there by 9 am... We waited for like 30mins and they told us to starting queing up, we were told to enter a waiting room, while there they asked for my interview letter and the lady gave me a small piece of paper to fill and a card.... She told me I should also open my medical envelope, like what most people have said, you don't need to take your xray with you. Okay I sat down and filled the form I had and waited for like 15mins then went through the first security, and the security officer was curious to know what I had in my bag, because I was carrying a hand luggage filled with evidence and also another bag filled with evidence, the security officer said that am really p... read complete review

i have a letter from both my parents, and friend about confirming and awareness of my relationship with my fiancee and i need the letter to be notizared by a stamp to show it authenic and true, so that i can prepare it at the interview to show the support and the blessing the family gave me and my fiancee, and i will love to know if you are going to pay the visa in local currency or us dollars.. THanks .. so to help

We prayed on the phone around 5AM(9ja time), and off he went. He sent me a BB msg around 5:20AM that he was there already, at 6 he left the car, leaving his phone, so I knew I would just be on my bed, thanking God. He said when he got towards the gate, there was already a crowd. He joined the immigrant visa line which he already knew because in 2010, I invited him for my graduation(he was not approved). The security guard asked them to open the medical envelop( he was pissed about this because he wanted to open it ever since he got the envelop and i kept insisting it has to remain sealed).They were handed a slip they needed to fill out(he said good thing he had pen as I had insisted because pen became a big deal, he gave one to the next guy) He then went through security, went to make the payment. After which he was asked to drop off the packet 3 forms, and affidavit of support and supporting document.
