Came in at 9:00 am, 30 minutes before my scheduled interview. Made a line and then they tell you to open the Medical Exam on the wall, which I thought it was kinda awkward. Then I joined the line again and we got in. Once inside you have to take your belt, heavy jewelry, etc.. and pass through inspection. This was very fast, it is better to not take your phone. After, I went through and there's like an outdoor waiting area...I came in the office where they interview and the guy gave me a number and told me wait outside. I waited outside for like an hour then he called my number so I got in and he told me where to sit. I saw that the numbers before me where with an Nicaraguan officer and sorta heard what they asked them...I waited here for like another hour and when my number was called I felt relaxed because I knew she was Nicaraguan She just asked for the all the documents you had to bring (PLEASE BRING EVERYTHING !) and then she asked: What's your fiancé's phone ... read complete review

Went very smoothly. There is just a lot of sitting and waiting. Waiting for them to call your number. Waiting to go up to the counter after they call your number. If you have all of your documents in order, you have nothing to be worried about. First counter we went to, the lady just looked at all of our documents to make sure they were in order. Then we sat down again and waited for the next consulate to call my fiancé's name. When we went up there, he'd already been looking at our folder and all of the evidence that I had submitted with the original I-129f form. I was prepared with several other pieces of proof showing the legitimacy of our relationship and the guy never asked to see it. Same questions at the first person did which were:
" how long have you known each other"
"When did you first meet "
" are you going to live"
Came at 8:45 left the embassy about 3:30

Hi, our interview was on 10/8/15 and went very well. It was easy and everyone was nice. They only asked a few questions like when we met, how long have we been married and if we had kids together. Then they just wanted our orginal documents in the letter they sent, passport, police record, birth certificate and the I-601A waiver. All in all it went very smoothly. We are back in the US ready to start the rest of our lives together!

Hi guys! here is my experience at the visa interview:
We got up at 4:00 AM (my wife and I), prepare two separate packages. One containing all civil documents, Affidavit of the petitioner and the co-sponsor, letter of interview, medical results sealed envelop, and passport photos. In another package, I took the test of our relationship such as receipts, printed emails, photos, ect.
Once inside the Embassy, headed in the second gate, where a girl gave us a number and it told us that we should wait in chairs separated by a tape, I guess that they separate visa applicants from non immigrant and the immigrant.
Last 1: 30 hours, a girl we call by our number and we get closer to the window where asked me for my passport and all the documents that we have, as I decided to go with my wife, she asked us both and after viewing the documentation you asked this:
What is the address where your wife lives?
What often does she trav... read complete review
