We were ALL nerves. but it went well. We stayed at the microtel inn. Easy transport via UBER from the airport to the hotel. once there we organized our papers and ordered a pizza. Our interview was for the following day at 8am. The hotel was only a few blocks away, so we woke up and walked through the wendy's parking lot to the embassy. there was a large group of people waiting outside a quicky mart, likely waiting for family or for their time slot to get closer. Just walk right up, there shouldn't be a line to get in, but it seems that way. I waited outside the quicky mart with the others and it only took about 1.5 hours! So the following is second hand info from my fiance.
Entered with no problem. First they asked for her papers to put them in order. And they did ask for her appointment letter. Which arrived on august 29th to her home, our appointment was on august 15th. No worries here, just show them EVERY piece of paper and email you got from the process! ... read complete review

I've been wanting to write this review for two long years, and It's finally here!
We got our CC on March 15th, but our interview didn't happen until August 28th. Unfortunately, Mexico is taking a long time to assign interviews right now, between 5 and 6 months. And we got stuck in USCIS Nebraska, our NOA2 took 10 and a half months to arrive, so overall the process took a year and seven months total.
I arrived in Ciudad Juarez the 22nd and Had my biometrics appointment on the 23rd, at 7:00 AM. I highly recommend going early since it's not as hot and there are way fewer people! everything moved quickly and it took literally 10 minutes and I was out. You only need your passport, CAS appointment letter, and interview letter.
For the medical, I went there an hour before my appointment and they let me in right away. I chose Medicos de la Frontera and everyone was super nice. I only needed one vaccine since I brought my medical record, I ... read complete review

Smooth sailing....although stressful. My only advise is research others experiences...to prepare you for different circumstances should they arise. #1 vigilant about organizing your paperwork...make sure whoever is interviewed knows where to find what documents in the stack and what they mean...double check for extra copies...I made 3 extra copies of DS160 confirmation page and Embassy Appointments letter...they all ask for these.
