Husband was almost turned away at door because they said he needed a paper from the clearance center. He had to talk to a few people before he explained that a paper was all that was given and finally was allowed in! Had he not argued, debated, persisted he would have lost his interview date!

Everything was so fast! I spent there 1h. Everything good, although security stage is a bit chaotic and confusing.

The process is so slow, they make appointments and whoever gets first in line will get attended first, I totaly recomend to get there as early as possible. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours sitting in a chair. Also be aware they will not allow you to go in with any electronic device, cellphones or anything, they will send you back to your hotel to leave them, no lockers in place to leave anything either.

My interviewer asked for documents out of the normal requisites, they asked me to show a brith certificate because a passport is not enough evidence of my fiance citizenship which is ridiculous, to get the passport you need a birth certificate. Anyway be prepared with as much documents as you can.
