Requested 1 document original and a different sponsor. Consular officer said Social Security Benefits do not count as income.

Everything was done in a timely manner, we got to Juarez 5 days before the interview to complete medical and biometrics appointments.
felt very good about the whole process while we were there, there are many places to eat in the area and for the time we spent there we felt very safe.

I was one of the last ones to go trough the interview process, the Embassy was packed but there were only like 20 K-1's waiting. Although it was an hour long wait and extremely nerve-wracking (as I saw a lot of people getting the yellow and pink letters).
The interview was extremely short, only 4 questions and I got my approval! I must say we got a ton of evidence and we've been together for 5 years plus a ton of visits and family photos.
