I arrived in El Paso Wednesday June 20th and my wifes family picked me up at the airport and we went to their house in Juarez. The first thing i wanted was the food mmmm. The next morning we went to have my wifes physical about 6:30am. Overall OK as long you have all your forms in place. Many people did not know what to expect.

K3 Interview was straight forward. We were asked for all the forms on the Packet3 checklist, the medical and we paid the $100 visa issuance fee. The interview consisted of questions of how me met and what attracted us to each other. That was it. Our K3 visa was delayed by a week since my wife arrived late to her medical interview and the medical results were not ready for the K3 interview. But we were allowed to interview and the visa was issued the day the medical results were shown. Vancouver consulate rules!
