During my 2 interviews (required b/c of COVID protocols), all they wanted to see were my original civil documents: birth certificate (mine and spouse), marriage certificate (we married in Mexico), previous divorce certificate, and that's it. The medical tests took a long time, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I started at 7:00 in the morning and finished at noon, but I had to return after an hour to receive the results, and I had to wait for about an hour at that time before receiving the results. They asked me repeatedly about all my tattoos and about when was the last time I had used marijuana or any kind of drugs. In the medical test, the most difficult part was to pee into a cup in front of the staff with the door open. But overall it wasn't that bad.
Day 2 delivering the documents:
It was difficult for me because I didn't realize I needed my U.S. fiance's tax returns for the last five years. Fortunately I was given the option to bring those documents the next day when I came for my interview.
On this day (Day 2), I had a mini-interview (paperwork review) to make sure my documents were in order. The interv... read complete review
