My fiance' went for his interview on 12-19-14. He arrived early and said it didn't take long at all. The appointment was T 9:30 and he was out by 11 or so. The interviewer only asked a few questions: Who was sponsoring him, What my kids names and ages where, asked him about some traveling he did, about his divorce, then told him to tell him alittle about me. He told him all looked good and gave him a sheet to mail in his police report which he didn't receive prior to his interview. He also gave him a sheet that discussed spousal abuse once in the U.S. javascript:emoticon(''). Thought all was going well. M fiancé mailed in his police report he following Monday and it was received at the Embassy on Tuesday. We knew there would be some delay because it was the week of Christmas and the next week was New Years. We figured he would have the Visa in hand by the 1st or 2nd week of January. Well we didn't hear anything for all most 6 weeks, then my fiancé got a call Jan. 29... read complete review

My fiance interview was January 9th at 930am. He arrived for his interview. They asked him a couple of questions. How we met, how many times had I been to Jamaica, when was the last time I had been to Jamaica, did I have any children, had he met my children in which he answered yes and did he and my children get along. He showed them pictures and provided the affidavit of support. They asked him to take a seat and he was called back up shortly. They told him he was approved and given his instructions for DHL. He said everyone was nice and he had no problems.

Arrived for my interview and waited about 40 minutes to submit my documents.. The lady then gave me a white paper about spousal abuse in the US and told me i will be call to get my finger print cause her machine wasn't working.. I waited another 20 minutes and was seated again.. I waited about 45 minutes to be interviewed.. the lady asked;
who's filing for me?
How did my Fiance and I met?
How do we communicate?
Did u sign up for DHL?
She then said I believe I have everything u can go home...

I had a 9:30am appointment on 1/9/15. I was seated into the embassy by 9:30 after which it waited for my number/name to be called. Waited there for about 45 minutes then I was called and submitted my documents (birth certificate, non-impediment, police record, tax transcripts, job letter, W2, pay advice, I-134 form, divorce decree, passport pics). The officer checked them off asked me a few questions:
What is you fiancée name?
What is his number?
Is this your first marriage?
Is this your fiancée first marriage?
Have you travelled to the US before? Did you stay over six months?
Have you travelled to another country outside the US? Did you stayed over a year?
Are you married?

She then told me I have 90 days In which to get married after my admission in the US. I went back to my seat and waited for my name to be called again. I sat there for another 15 minutes the I was called and interviewd. Questions asked were:
