My fiance's interview went so well, thank God for that! He went to the interview at 9am and left there at 1pm (due to computer problems). He had a 5 minute interview, and answered questions about how we met and what month it was in, how did he propose, and how did we meet, had I met his parents. They told him at the interview that he was approved and they would send his visa to the Hyderabad consulate within a week!

As usual I was called in, the Indian lady first arranged my documents and asked for few details about my marriage, She noted down everything and then within few minutes, I was called to the main consular officer who asked me about my life and spouse, Mine is a very complicated case but still Visa was issued I had so much proof with me (marriage pics, skype records, phone records, money traansfer etc etc) but none were asked, I guess all we have to do is be truthful and confident about what happened (if any red flag in your case) the more you lie, the more you get into your own loop. So Good Luck to all!

This is all second-hand information which I am trying to remember a few days after the fact, but, I believe everything is accurate.
He had his appointment for 8:00am on December 19, 2013. About 15 minutes beforehand, outside the embassy, the officers divided the lines into immigrant and non immigrant. DH said that everything was very orderly and polite in the cueing up. There also weren't that many people in the embassy that day.... possibly around 100.
Anyway, he was second in line. I believe he said that when he entered, and went to the first window and they gave him back all the original papers we submitted to NVC/USCIS. And I also believe they scanned his fingerprints. That officer he said may have been Chinese.
Went to the second window. The lady, who may have been from Eastern Europe and was very nice asked him only 3 or 4 questions. He also volunteered information. When/how did you meet? Where did you marry? Is she working?... read complete review
