I had my interview on the 26 of July this year the interview went well but later the counselor had me wait to talk to his other local counselor which he took my address to my house n later told me to wait for the counselor to call me back which she did n told me she need to give me back my documents but she keept my original marriage certificate n my original birthday certificate which I have laminated n gave me a white slip to drop off new joint sponsor documents but they will call me but I should not include my passport when I drop off the documents .

Review Topic: General Review

My husband's interview did not last more than 5 minutes. He was asked the following questions: who filed the petition (he responded with my name), who my mother is (because she is a joint sponsor), and how we met. Then the officer looked through a few pictures, asked what my husband plans to do in America, and asked if I was waiting outside to hear the good news. Then he heard the magic words, "Welcome to the United States."

The CO interviewing my husband was very polite and personable. My husband had a great experience during his interview. As long as you have all your paperwork together, organized, and you are honest, you shouldn't have any problems.
