My fiance interview was at 7:30 am on August 21st 2017. He walked in went through security etc. He said that he was called after a few moments to then in our supporting documentation and was then told yo take a seat. My fiance sat for 2 hrs almost and was called up and interviewed by a young African american male. He asked him three questions.
1.) What are your wedding plans -My fiance told him we didnt have a set date because of the process but after everything is finished we would have a date.
2.) Where does your fiance work ?
3.) How did you meet your fiance?
He then smiled and said your VISA IS APPROVED. he kept the passport and was told to come back in a few days. My fiance made a cute little photo album which had pictures of us in order from the time we first met and all of the trips we made and he almost forgot it so he had to go back in thr embassy.

My fiancé had his interview and said that his CO was a bearded African American man. we made certain that he had all his required evidence and triple checked everything prior to his interview date. When he had his interview, he was asked 8-10 questions and answered all confidently (I don't recall all his questions, but he was asked How he proposed, How we met, Where he will live in the states, and what my fiancé planned to do for a living when he came to the States). My fiancé mentioned that he answered everything confidently, and was approved.
All in all he had a good experience.

We got into line around 7:10 am and there were already about 75 people ahead of us.
The line moved quickly enough.
I bid my husband goodbye and good luck and waited with a lot of other people under the big trees in the round about just outside the embassy.
After about 4 hours, I saw his handsome, smiling face emerging from the embassy, with all that evidence we had submitted for the second interview, plus all the evidence submitted to the USCIS to be reaffirmed in the USA.
He had the blue paper saying his visa would be ready in 2 weeks.
What happened inside:
His fingerprints were taken and then a Ghanaian officer asked him a couple of questions about my age and his age (then unnecessarily made a snarky remark to h... read complete review

hello good people out here.Am quite confused about how the fiancee visa (k1 visa ) is processed in Accra ,Ghanabe very glad if anybody could help me out here.My i 129f petition was approved in march of 2017 and since then nothing has happened.I was told the consulate in Accra handles the rest of the processing and that, they were gonna contact either me or my fiance through an email on the next line of action.ItS been about 4 months now and we still havent had any response.I have sent so many emails to the embassy and i still havent gotten any response yet.My question now is ,do we have to schedule the appointment for an interview or the embassy would send us an appointment letter.I hope someone helps by clarifying how it goes .Thanks.
